Short Term insurance
Awaiting appox 4 months to settle a claim, first cash offer for settlement rejected,actually a insult. Turned down offer and requested they arrange to Do actual repair. Still awaiting while weather conditions cause further damage.

08 Nov 2024, 14:54Hi, actually someone has just been today once again to asses .
I have gone to great effort to source 2nd hand matching roof tiles which are not made anymore.
The delay has resulted in further wind damage.
Will once again wait outcome.
Please insure repairer is a credited and workers have all a police clearance.
I have been a client for 45 years,Price Forbes> Alexander Forbes > now momentum.
It has deteriorated since being with Momentum and can not get much worse .
I am not interested in a cash settlement .
I will accept the 2nd hand tiles due to the non availability.
But will not sign off a lap job .
