Shocking Service Momentum Insure.

I wish there was a minus 5 star. I have been with Alaexander Forbes for years i was always happy with their service they sorted things out quickly and paid when they needed to, they have now amalgamated with Momentum Insure.. My car was ****** and then it was recovered by the police. The whole process was really slow My car was ****** in April it is now June and i still dont have my car back. My car for 2 weeks was sitting at the pound the release letter from the Insurance took a week to actually get th3e car to the panel beaters. The claim insurer called me to ask what was old damage and what was new damage. I was honest with him and said that i didnt have a radio and that my one window was old damage. Both of my side mirrors were damaged as well as my spare tyre ******. Momentum is refusing to authorize this. I have been calling them numerous times to try and get this sorted out. I keep being told it will be attended to and somebody will call me. Nobody has called me except i received an email to say they will contact me within 2 working days. It has been over 2 months that i have not got my car I need my car and this is being held up due to Momentum not authorizing my mirrors and claiming that this is old damage which it is not. I have been without a car for over 2 months and my car was recovered 5 days after it was ******. Before Alexander Forbes had sorted out my issues immediately. Please can a senior momentum representative get back to me ASAP
