Shocking service , excuses Etc

<p>never had such terrible service from momentum insurance. Vehicle was involved in an accident , so i expect to get my vehicle back to the way it look prior to the accident. when i went ot collect my vehicle i noticed that my back bullbar is black and not chrome like the front bumber and rollbar , you can imagine how stupid this looks like. Then im told thay replaced it with a standard back bullbar and not crome. THIS IS BEYOND ME ,now im told the reason is because i never specified this on my policy , but was never asked!!!!!!!!!!!!!.</p> <p>will never recommend MOMENTUM or RENEW-IT panelbeaters Edenvale. Pathetic!!!</p>
