Shocking service emergency assist

Tonight my geyser burst and when I called emergency assist I was told that their plumber can only come out the next day. When asked what I should do I was told to find my own plumber and they will reimburse for the call out only. What kind of service is this?? Pathetic and disgusting as you collect monthly premiums without fail or delay. I expect a call from a senior manager to resolve my issues.
