Shocking service and turnaround time from Alexander Forbes insurance

It’s the month of love? Then why do I feel hated by @Alexanderforbes? i have been waiting almost 3 weeks to process a car insurance claim and have had to deal with Eskom-like employees who are unable or incapable of assisting me timeously. Should I switch insurance companies? @alexanderforbes
