Shocking Service and follow up

<p>My father has been with Alex forbes for years never claiming. He had a breakin and they stole the battery of his car. The claim process has been a nighmare with me having to get involved in my work time. Holding on the call centre for 10 mins then holding again then only getting through to the right person. </p> <p> </p> <p>i had to organise the car rental with Avis after my dad was told there was no car hire. then no follow up on how the car was doing. i had to phone for an extention on the car rental </p> <p> </p> <p>shocking shocking service in this day and age. i will never get insurance with you </p>
