SHOCKING!!!!

<p>6 weeks ago a third party claim was submitted by myself for a minor vehicle accident. My vehicle had no damage and I therefor had no claim, yet the third party claim was done. Afte numerous e-mail follow ups and phone calls, the claim has still not been dealt with - not even been assigned! Shocking to say the least! One expected more!</p>
