Shocked by 42.9% Premium Increase

I am extremely disappointed with the recent 42.9% premium increase app**** to my policy. As a loyal client for 22 years, I have always valued the service provided by Momentum Insurance, but this increase is shocking and unsustainable.

Since the last premium adjustment, I have only made one claim. This substantial hike feels arbitrary and does not reflect reasonable market adjustments or inflation. It seems to disregard the loyalty of long-standing clients like myself.

If I am expected to face increases like this every year, it is simply unfair and unsustainable. Where does one end up with such exorbitant increases annually? If this situation is not reconsidered, I will have no choice but to cancel my policy, as I cannot afford these kinds of hikes.

I urge Momentum Insurance to review this decision and provide a more reasonable adjustment that acknowledges the loyalty of clients and the current economic challenges we all face.
