I was in an accident a few weeks ago and my claim was handled by her, from the very 1st day to the last she was like a sister sympathetic to the brother. I know she is trained to be a pro but that was more than that. she called me very often and gave an update even when I felt it was not necessary and with every call she made me feel that I was never alone in this. a great listener and communicator with a laugh at the end of every call. wow wow wow keep her or someone else will grab her from you guys she is a star in a very cloudy day. <br> to her I say keep on keeping my dear sister I believe your boss is watching.
