Service thats sucks

<p>We took out a comprehensive unsurance cover with Alexander *****s, i meant Forbes, at the start</p> <p> Of 2016, we still have not recieved the correct schedule, an accident claim was put in on the 12th and we have not heard from them, we called a few times and was told that the person handling the claim was on training, ***. The service recieved so far is really poor, I dread to think what next.....,</p>
