Service recieved on Insurance claim

I have maintained my short term insurance policy with Momentum for almost 8 years and this is my first claim against the policy. I must admit that the service received from Lindiwe was very impressive when I submitted my claim. Her attitude and level of professionalism is highly commendable, I am also an employee of a financial services provider and client service is of utmost importance to me. One only really experiences the quality of service delivery from short term insurance companies during a claim and I must admit that the service from Momentum was awesome. Well done and keep up your service delivery standards.
