service pathetic
I have been sending requests since last week Thursday requesting a relook at my policy as I had a better quote from Outsurance HOWEVER I do not wish to change because I've been with Momentum for quite some time BUT CLEARLY they are not interested as their service is really getting more pathetic by the day!!!! I am on the switchboard so it is difficult for me to phone, hence my emails to them.....
