Service one cannot describe !!!!!!!

Called Alexander Forbes at 08:53 on Thursday, 16 May 2019 to lodge a claim, regarding a water leak from our shower, affecting the passage wall, causing damage to the paintwork. A consultant by the name of Roy assured me that a Plumber would call during the course of Thursday, 16 May 2019. An email was sent at 11:04 on Thursday, 16 May 2019, advising that my claim was logged. To date there has been NO call and the Plumber has yet to arrive - What **** service !!!!!!!!!!
