I was touched by the service rendered by Momentum Insure during the processing of my recent claim. The Claims consultant, Ms Lerato Motsoko, was respectful and made me feel she cared. She was also friendly and engaging. She certainly loves her job and prioritizes the client. She called back immediately our telephone communication was cut accidentally. The vehicle assessor was equally professional, friendly and caring. The claims consultant followed up after the vehicle assessment and gave me options for selecting the service producer that was convenient for me. She certainly lifted the flag of Momentum Insure high. Service excellence at it's best
