Service Excellance from Momentum Short Term insurance

I had a geyser problem recently, the geyser water was leaking continuously, I contacted the plumber from clayfield plumbers{Rishi}, he had a look at the geyser and advised that it can not be repaired and i have to get a new one installed. i contacted my broker {Jitesh Rathibar} , who advised he will call the insurance company {momentum} . Jitesh contacted me back and gave me the go ahead for Rishi to install a new geyser. the geyser was installed and the invoice was submitted to Jitesh to forward to Momentum. i received a call from Tebogo Mahlo today, she was very efficient and proffessional in dealing with my claim and refund. I have dealt with many insurance companies previously, the service excellence that i have received from Momentum and my broker {Jitesh} has been second to nun. i am happy that i have changed my short term insurance to Momentum, and long may the service excellence continue. Well done people.
