Service by Momentum Insure after Accident

Since the side swipe accident on sunday, I have been subject to endless frustration by this company .... no empathy to a person in shock, no concrete assistance, ko feedback, just shoved along. Why do I pay for roadside assistance as well or do I even use Momentum? What cannot be understood that without a side mirror my vehicle is unroadworthy?

As for their assessor, how do I drive 40km one way in an unworthy vehicle to have it assessed. Assessor company and Momentum are a perfect fit for each other .... both have totally *********** staff!
