**** SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

<p>I am a third party claimant, the accident happened in May and till now Alexander Forbes legal division is not helping me, spoke to Solomon and he told me his manager is working with the file for authorisation, spoke to the manager and she keeps on telling me she hasnt gotten to working with my file and she cannot answer to me as to why the process is taking so long. Even though I am a victim here I am made to feel like a piece of ****.</p>
