Rude, Disorganised and ***********!

I am the 3rd party trying to make a claim for damage inflicted by a Client of Alexander Forbes Insurance. After two weeks of calling and nagging, Alexander Forbes Insurance finally found the time to appoint one of their consultants to my file. Shortly after, they closed my 3rd party claim, saying i was unable to claim from them. After turning my attention to their client, they opened the claim again and said i need to wait another two week period to have my file appointed to another consultant, and that it should take approximately 60 days to receive my money thereafter. Adel Kotze (the team leader in the 3rd party claims departtment) was particularly rude and unhelpul. How long do I have to engage with you people, i want to receive my money and never have to deal with you again! Worst Experience Ever.

After further call backs and communication, Lauren (unfortunately I don't know her name) and James Ramoshaba were very helpful and polite. It is good to hear from a few people willing to help and it has managed to change my attitude toward the situation so much. Thank you for your help. I have been told by Tevin Mkhabela that an assessor has already been appointed, once again, thank you for the very quick action and response. I await further response regarding an appointment with the assessor. Looking forward to hearing from you going forward.

Well, the good service lasted about 4 days and we are back to square one... Please stop sending me the generic ******* response "we have escalated your request" (or what ever **** you keep sending) and actually do something about the situation!
