Rude Agent

Im Dr L Ngcobo from Durban. On 27/02/2016 i called Alex Forbes making an enquiry regarding some minor accident. I was referred from one person to the next untill i unfortunately landed on Miss Portia Kayana. I have never dealt with such a rude person in my lifetime. She was so rude to such an extent that she even hung up on me without any further notice or assisstance. I demand an apology from her and she must explain reasons behind her unprofessional behaviour. I also urge Alex Forbes to revisit their recordings and judge for themselves if this is the standard they hold. I respect Alex forbes but am very disappointed at the kind service people like Portia Kayana provide to us. It makes one wonder really what standards are you guys setting for yourselves.
