I requested an amended policy where 2 vehicles were being deleted and the all risks amended. Every quotation they have sent me works out to more than the original policy. Incredible that it works out cheaper to stay on the original policy.

On requesting the amendments, I was even sent a quotation showing incorrect values. The answer given is its how the system works, I have to issue a quotation.

I only have one word for the way this has been handles by the consultant - pathetic
