Road side assistant is more like no side assistance

I have been with momentum for a couple of months now and have paid my premiums diligently. I had a small issue with my car not starting and requested road side a assistance. A consultant called me back 20mins later to inform me a assistant is on their way and will arrive in about 45-60mins. I am just grateful I was in a secure area at the time. I ended up kick starting the car myself anyway.

Really poor service from momentums side.
