Risk factor decreases but premium stays the same

I called momentum short-term insurance yesterday to inform them that I am moving from JHB CBD to Bryanston on the 1st of December and wanted to know if my premium will be affected and they said no. <br> <br> I mean, I am moving from JHB CBD (High risk area) where I travelled about 35min to get to Bryanston (Work area) but now I am moving Literally 4min from my office (and will be spending very little time on the road) but my premium does not decrease. <br> <br> I am really disappointed that such things are not taken into account. I will be taking my business elsewhere. <br> <br>
