Ripp Off - Price tripples within 1st Year of having the Policy

When I signed up with you, I was quoted and given a discounted monthly premium of R80. I was also advised that my premium will never increase. You since Ripping me off, Over charged my account and when disputed. You told me you thought that I had agree to your new Increase price of R95. which you processed *******ly without my concent and assigned a Rude: Deunique Nel to my policy to force this down on me, Till today I did not agree to this and now you again without my consent over charged my account R130+. Oops, This is the Annual in crease, Bull this was never communicated to me and when Disputed, for the first time you send me a Policy wording. What why now. after you ripping me off and *********ly increase my premiums against what was agreed. Alexander Forbes is by far the worst. Rectify or loose my business. Oh, i will refer to the ombudsman aswel, as this Deunique Nel person is ignoring my emails, sent me scripted replies and not helping in solving my Issue.
