******* insurance Alexander Forbs

Anyone that uses Alexander Forbs to insure their vehicle should be aware of the fact that they will do anything to wriggle out of honoring their obligation. It’s been over 3mts since my claim and still excuses, excuses, excuses! I have had racial and age related slurs directed at me. I have never missed a monthly premium but now that I have to claim all I get is insults!!!!!!!!!! No one deliberately has an accident!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I have deliberately paid my premium every month for years. Everything that they have asked of me I have supp**** but over 3 months later still nothing!!!!!!!!!! Somebody pls tell me what to do????????!!!!!!!
