Tawfeeq Saint - Momentum Insure Client Services Department is absolutely awesome. I did not receive the desired service the day before. When I spoke to Tawfeeq on the follow up call, he went MORE THAN THE EXTRA MILE to assist me. Not only did he escalate the matter, he also called me well within the time frame that he promised he would call back. It is this 10 star service that we need more of in South Africa. Keep up the great work, Tawfeeq, we need more people like you!!
