Resultant Damages Claim

Good Morning Alexander Forbes

I lodged a claim for resultant damages from a burst geyser 2 weeks ago. I have made numerous calls to the claims dept to follow up on my claim with no feedback as yet.

The contractor came out to my property on the 11 February 2019 and submitted the quote within 48 hrs to the administrators for Alexander Forbes which is Once Call.

Your claims dept has promised to call me with feedback on the landline number which I requested and as at even date I have not received a response. I was on the phone for 13 minutes this morning to your call centre and still did not speak to an agent.

This is pathetic service from a corporate company such as Alexander Forbes. Note that I will be lodging a complaint on Hello Peter.

I await your response to my query regarding the resultant damages.
