Response time on Roadside assistance

This morning 20 June 2016 at 07h30, I had a miss fortune to run out of fuel for the first time. Called my car insurance for assistance at 07h44 and the lady in assistance committed to get help to me within 45 to 60 minutes from "First Road Emergency.

At 09h02, made a follow up call with Klive Dejongh who was helpful at all instead told me that I needed to wait another 75 minutes. I could not accept this waiting period in addition to the above noted and the discussion got heated up.

I found this service from Alexander Forbes unrealiable and not capable to be categoriesed as emergency. Driving with a patient with a heart attack would lead to death on this excessive unreliable duration waiting for assistance.
