Request to retain vehicle registration after accid
I sent an email with the request to retain the vehicle registration number to kgaogelo masenamela on 22/23 April 2015. I did not get any response from her so on 18 May 2015, I resent the mail but still got no response, so I contacted momentum and spoke to a Quinton and was advised to contact the Vehicle Licensing Department, which I did. I have emails to this. Today I was told that the vehicle was sold on 30 April 2015 and there will be costs should i want to reclaim the number plate. <br> <br> Can you please assist me with this. I have been highly traumatized with this accident already being the negligence of somebody else and now i do not want to lose this number plate also that has been in our family for many years.<br>

well so its been over a year since i posted this.
after this post i was contacted by momentum and was promised that they would assist me in aquiring my plates. that failed. they then promised to pay for new plates. now when we ready and have selected plates momentum comes with rules and regulations that were not mentioned when the promise was made.
so all they did was promise in order to keep us quiet in the hope that we would get so frustrated and give up.
as far as im concerned momentum short term insurance is a waste of your hard earned money.
these people will promise clients the world but when it comes to delivery they give you nothing.
