Request for policy cancellation being ignored

<p>I've submitted a cancellation request for my vehicle insurance policy (Policy number 914225 ) on the 16/06/2017 due to poor service and my request is just being ignored. I've sent it to Bosiwana Mabasa on ********** and copied Skosana Jimmy ********** as requested. Such terrible service, I've been paying their insurance premiums close to 4 years and when I sent an email query on how much my vehicle is insured for, I get a response saying that I need to take my vehicle in to VW for evaluation, why did they not pick this up proactively and only when I queried. I just want to cancel my policy and never to deal with Alexander Forbes insurance again.</p>
