Repairs not done

I called my insurance alexander forbes about the geyser that is spilling water when you run the bath tap only and they sent their supplier Moloi Plumbers CC ,who came and said the pressure valve needed to be replaced and we went to buy it for R1200.00 and it was replaced only to find that it does not resolve the problem and they said it was a mixer that needed replacement and to top it all they damaged my ceiling which left me with more problems ,now had to focus on repairing the ceiling which they did , but my plumbing problem is still not resolved I spoke to Pertunia from Moloi Plumbers CC who wanted me to log another call for the same issue that was supposed to have been resolved first time around . I am so disappointed in the manner which I have been assisted as client .
