Rejection of motor claim

<p>We have a policy underwritten by Alexander Forbes and my daughter hit a pot hole which damaged her tyre and rim. Consequential loss resulted in the vehicle being totally immobilised. The vehicle was towed to the nearest dealer and the claim has subsequently been rejected. We are now in a situation where they insurers will not assist with towing the vehicle from Centurion to Johannesburg due to the rejection. </p> <p> </p> <p>No information has been given to us on what grounds the claim has been rejected. We are now in a predicament as to how to get the vehicle back to Johannesburg as towing fees on a flat bed are prohibitive. </p>
