rejected cliam

On 02/02/2015 I registered a claim with my broker MARSH for the collapse of a septic tank and a French drain. 32 days later the claim is rejected by Alexzander Forbes due to maintenance. here is the problem that I am having with the decision that was made. Under instructions of my insurance company and broker I had to open the tanks so that the can have look inside the tanks. I warned them that if I opened the tanks it will cause more damage to my property, the insurance company ignored me. now I am sitting with a damaged lapa. I had to get people to open the tanks. that cost money, had to get people to remove the raw sewage on a daily basis that also cost money now they tell me that my claim is rejected in its intertie. furthermore now that the claim is rejected I wonder how the to holes is going to be closed.
