refusing to pay out - Claim No : CA007939

My name is Vusumuzi and am writing this on behalf of my younger sister <br> <br> My younger sister name is Tracy Mthethwa, she was involved with in a car accident with one of the Momentum Client and the Momentum Client was at fault and that was admitted by him. <br> <br> The car was written off and my younger sister submitted the claim to momentum and last year they came to asses the car and they told us that it will take 6-8 weeks to finalise the claim <br> <br> Al of the sudden now they are changing they are saying they are awaiting for the blood results for their clients in order to determine that they are paying the claim or not <br> <br> This morning they say if the blood result of their client saying he was drunk they will not pay Tracy's claim <br> <br> When I spoke to the Guy who was involved, he was not aware of this. <br> <br> The treatment from Mommentum is very bad shame <br> The child is crying day and night because she is still paying for the car and she cant claim from her insurance because hers was not a full comprehensive <br> <br> Regards<br> Vusi Mthethwa<br>
