Refusing to pay a claim

After a year of paying my premiums to momentum, when it's time to pay a claim I am being called a ********* and a false trader. That is being called a ******** in short.

How is possible that you approve a claim, authorize to repaired by your preferred panelbeaters, then you pay the panelshop. When the client comes to claim for vehicle losse of use you call it ***** and false trading but you had the car all along.

FYI: It is possible for a black child to run a legit business.
