Refusal by Momentum insurance company to settle my claim

On the 9/03/26 I had a brake in in my house in protea due to load reduction that was app**** in our area. The ******* stole my electronic and electric appliance which included Samsung TV,Sony sound system,gas heater,defy air fryer,sandwich maker and cattle. I reported the matter to protea glen saps and momentum insurance company. The case was opened. Then momentum said I should send them the invoice and boxes of the things that were ******, which I don't have. I asked the lady who was assisting me with the case a question about the conversation we had when I took household contents insurance in 2019 that when I took an insurance the only question I was asked at that time was how much do I think my contents worth not the invoice nor the proof of boxes but now because I want to claim they look into measures not to pay for my contents and its not for the first time they do this to me between 2023 and 2025 I was involved in a miner accident and momentum didn't want pay for the repair of my car. So this company want to take money 💰 from with honoring their commitment. Please assist 🙏
