Refund

For the part three months i have had endless problems with my debt order with Momentum. In May this year i started a new job and called in to ask if they could please change my debt order date from the 25th to the 28th i was told that i would need to pay the difference today inorder for this to happen, at that moment i did nto have enough funds in my account to do so. So i waited till the 28th of May to call in and change it then when i could afford it. When i called in they advise me they could not do anything until the 10th till they knew my debt order didnt go off. I then waited till the 10th of June and when i called in they said they where not able to assist me with changing my debt order date as this month was my renewal month and nothing could be done, so when i asked who would be paying the return debt bank charges no one could assist me, one of the managers phoned me and assist me and said she would personally have the date changes for me after the 10th of July when the premium goes off, i was very grateful for her assistance, but then on the 25th of July they went and debted my account with short fall of changing the premium date, knowing that there will be no funds in my account and im left again paying more bank charges. i then contacted the office on the 26th of July and spoke a manager by the name of Lenny Nadoe who assured me the bank charges will be refunded by the end of business that day, but still i have received nothing. I have been phoning and emailing and he is never in, I cant believe the run around momentum has given me with having to carry all these extra charges and i honestly feel that i should be refunded all the bank charges for all this mis-communication. Kindly please can advise urgently on how this matter can be resolved.
