Refund

I have a refund due to me arranged with one of your complaints agent that contacted me on the 14/04/2016 to confirm that it will be paid within 3 working days and called the call centre to make a follow up and no one seem to able to help me ,all I get is \hold on \" and the next thing I am transferred to another agent who also transfers to next... still have not received my refund up to date.<br> <br> "
