I would like to thank the Team of Alexander Forbes for the fair offer and service they gave me after I posted my issue here trust me they indeed delivered. I screamed at Wanda Ferreira one their consultant but at the end understood my frustration. I was a third party claiming. Thank you my car now will be back to normal again
