Quick to Take your money - But not willing to assist Single young lady when needed

I got into an accident yesterday, One of st Road assist Men called momentum assist for me to arrange a tow away.. Once the advisor was done with me on the phone, I asked him to please get someone to contact me to log a claim. No one called. so when I got into the office I had to call. Once that was submitted. the advisor at claims stage mentioned that I need to send her a form of the incident in a sketch. I forwarded it onto them. Have not received feedback if it was received and what the process will be forward. I then called in Yesterday at 15:30 and held on the line for 20 min for one to answer..

I left a message with their message centre to have someone contact me back. I still have not received a call. As I have a questions. And calls that needs to be listened into.. Momentum marked up my excess as well without informing me. after I corrected this at policy renewal .. ETC. I went with Momentum based on Ombudsman Report - clearly this was the wrong way of going....

Ntakadzeni Netshisalulu Is the claims advisor that I dealt with, I was in a vehicle accident last week Monday 26 March 2018, She advised me that it would take between 3-5 working days for the assessor to give Momentum feedback. I contacted Ntakadzeni yesterday to find out what is going on with my claim as I am sitting without transport, she advised she would get back to me by the end of yesterday, we are sitting 6 working days after the accident, with a long weekend between everything. the assessment was done on the 29th of March, When i contacted Momentum i was advised that they had not yet received the assessment. I find it hard to believe that it takes so many days for a form to be submitted with today's technology. I was also advised that the delay was due to the fact that i was not insured long enough with my previous insurer. What i find hard to believe in all this is that Momentum has not proactively tried to contact me to query this and instead used this as a delay instrument. I find myself constantly have to be the one to make contact with momentum to get updates at my cost and on my time. What i also find hard to believe is that questions that should have been asked upfront to ensure timely processing of my claim are now being asked reactively in a situation where i feel that these questions are being asked to try and repudiate my claim. This i view as poor business practice from momentum's side. Why only at claim stage? Please can i ask that I be contacted by a senior manager so that i can have this resolved in the shortest possible time frame and have my car repaired with the same importance that is attached to my debit order dates and collections.
