Quick to take our money but won't pay our claim

When we lost eveything we owned in a fire in November,2014, we got a letter stating that the risk adress was wrong and they won't pay.<br> Despite the fact that their broker was in our home and at the adress we wanted to insure, they got it wrong and now we are paying for their mistake.<br> The broker has given up on our claim and we got a letter informing us that we won't be getting a payout.<br> We have fallen behind on payments towards our bills and have had to stay in a single bedroom with people who are helping us out....since Alexander Forbes have decided to not honor their end of our agreement.<br> We are so tired of trying to put our lives back together that we simply don't have the time and/or energy to take them on.<br> At this point I don't only want them to give us what we paid for, I want them to also compensate for ruining our lives!!<br>
