Professionalism
Although I have my challenges the way Momentum take care of their clients, I have to commend one of their consultants I interact with yesterday. I was about to cancel my policy with them and Mr Kyle Pienaar listen to my reason for cancelling, professionalism and understanding was great and I like to commend him on it. With people like him in the service industry, he can really goplaces.
