Professional & Empathetic!

I write to appreciate Ms Khanyisile Hlatshwayo, the amazing service she gave me this morning when I was stranded with my car. At around 04h30 this morning I was about to leave home for the gym when I discovered that my car battery was flat. I had to go back to bed, waited to contact Momentum to come to my rescue. Around 08h15 I sent an email from the app and received a call back from Momentum within an hour. From the moment Khanyisile called me I felt that I was heard, she was welcoming and warm ,showed empathy, respect and professionalism. I even joked with her and said I felt like a "VIP". She was empathetic, repeatedly checked if I was safe and ok , checked if there was anything else I needed. She promised to call me back with an update on time of arrival, she did and then again after the job was done she called to confirm if I was fine and satisfied ; she still checked if there was anything else I needed. She really made me feel special and in good hands. I wish her well in her career, her attitude, empathy and professionalism will stand her in good stead in her career and open many doors for her.
