I lodged a vehicle accident claim on 5 October 2020. Busisiwe Zulu assisted me and claim was registered. A few days after I received a very pleasing call from Palesa Muchanga stating that she had taken over the claim and will do her best to assist me. Palesa is very empathetic , extremely helpful, curteous, professional , efficient and friendly. Through out the entire process I was always updated on the status of the claim and it was processed and payment made within a week. I truly appreciate and thank Momentum insurance for their assistance and speedily process in this matter and especially sincerely thanking Palesa Muchanga.
