Premium review by Norman Burness

Norman Burness assisted me with a review of my premium. After an initial calculation, I requested him to see if he could improve the premium. He promised to call me back. Later the the afternoon, Norman called me back after spending time speaking to his manager to see what they could do to improve my premium. I am very happy with the revised premium and the excellent service I received from Norman.
