It has come to my attention that Momentum Insurance Company engages in the unacceptable and discriminatory practice of racially profiling its clients to deny their claims unjustly. As a policyholder who has faithfully paid premiums and believed in the integrity of this company, I am appalled by the recent treatment I have received.

Despite providing all the necessary documentation, being told the account would be settled, and meeting the criteria outlined in my policy, my claim was shockingly denied. I was told this through a five-minute call, and despite asking to be sent an email with the details, momentum has not done so to this day. The only plausible explanation for this unwarranted denial and treatment is that Momentum Insurance Company engages in racial profiling, unfairly scrutinizing and dismissing claims based on the ethnicity of the policyholder.

This blatant disregard for fairness and equality is not only morally reprehensible but also raises serious questions about the company's commitment to treating its customers with dignity and respect. Insurance companies should be held to the highest standards of transparency and fairness, and it is deeply troubling to see Momentum Insurance Company fall short in this regard.
