Positive Cancellation Experience

I called Momentum Insure this morning to cancel my car insurance and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. James Sekgobela, the consultant I spoke with, was very helpful and understanding. He explained my cancellation options clearly and even tried to offer me a discount to stay with Momentum, but ultimately the new premium I found was simply too good to pass up. Overall, I was impressed with James' professionalism and the ease of the cancellation process.
