Portable possesions claim

i lodged a claim with my insurance as I lost my belongings while travelling on the gautrain,i claimed my IPAD and LAPTOP to be replaced and I was took from pillar to post,no comments where made by the insurer that when you don't provide proof of purchase your items wont be replaced,though my items where insured they couldn't be replaced as my purchase slip is lost,the store I purchased from will still help me if I have my serial number in terms of warranty purposes,but my insurance couldn't help as my claim was over R10 000.00.I WILL CUT ALL TIES WITH THIS INSURANCE AND I ADVICE PEOPLE TO BE ON THE WATCH FOR SUCH ********** ESPECIALLY AT A CLAIM STAGE,THEY HAVE BEEN COLLECTING PREMIUMS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMS EXCUSES...STAY FAR AWAY
