Poor service..waiting for Credit to be passed and Stickers

I took out comprehensive car insurance in April 2018.I have'nt received "DO NOT TOW STICKERS" till today its been 5 months and Refferal Fee which they were supposed to process after 3 months taken the contract,,I have been sending emails with no help..CAN SOMEONE HELPPPPPPP ..I have seecond thoughts of doing business with you if yall are failing to do something small like this what more if its something biggggg...irate client
