POOR SERVICE , POOR COMMUNICATION

Its 30 days already and my car is not back from repairs. The consultant Sibusiso and his manager Devlin Pillay are no where to be found. Is there someone who can tell whats going on. ? Dont you get the emails and messages. I have spoken Dineo,Brownwyn, Fabian yesterday and told Sibusiso will get back to. He later only to tell me that he would come back to me regarding my vehicle and the courtesy car. I am till waiting. I have called twice today to speak to his manager Devlin Pillay and or Sibusiso and I was told they are unavailable???This is insane
