Poor service. No care for clients/customers
Since Christelle left, I don't know what this company is doing. Our issues were always solved by this lady because the subordinates were ***********. I don't understand this company. Poor service. I just don't understand why we are paying them. And the way they increase the premiums but you never get assisted! Bring back Christelle!!!!!!
